After difficult employments or leaving the military entirely, many service men and women are left asking, "now what?", along with dealing with the guilt and pain that comes from the things they've seen and/or done. These added pages introduce a new mission from a Biblical perspective! All printed copies now contain these special pages!

]]><![CDATA[Creating the Student Edition]]>Thu, 27 Dec 2018 20:57:40 GMThttps://www.basicbibleguide.org/blog/creating-the-student-editionHey everyone! BBG’s V.P. Lor Gillette here. I just wanted to share with you guys some of the thoughts I’ve been having as I’m working on creating Basic Bible Guide: Student Edition.
The Student Edition is the full BBG study divided into 15 sessions (one for every week in the semester). It will also include quiz questions with each session that can be optional or used for extra credit.

I have to say what a blessing and an honor it is being able to read BBG (again) as part of my job! Working on this project has reminded me of how AWESOME God’s word is and what a wonderful instrument Basic Bible Guide is for getting through the Bible and developing a foundational understanding of it. If I’m being completely honest, it makes me hungry for more of God’s word, giving me a desire to return to the Bible to read the parts that BBG doesn’t include!

I couldn’t be more excited to complete this edition and to get it in the hands of as many students as possible. In today’s dark world this simple study can be a beacon of light in middle and high schools across the country and hopefully, one day, around the world!

If you haven’t read BBG yet I am definitely recommending you start! It is free to read on our website (www.basicbibleguide.org) so there really is no excuse 😉 If you are even CURIOUS about what the Bible has to say BBG is the perfect tool BBG, give it a shot.
